Strategic Market Development |
· Conduct
in-depth competitive benchmarking and opportunity analysis across target
sectors and geographies. · Identify
emerging trends, customer pain points, and whitespace opportunities to
develop tailored go-to-market strategies. ·
Define short-term and long-term BD goals in
alignment with corporate strategy. Develop outreach strategies, industry
events, partnerships, and referrals. |
Relationship Management &
Partnerships |
· Build
and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders. · Lead
contract negotiations, commercial discussions, and closure of MoUs, NDAs, or
long-term agreements. ·
Nurture partner ecosystems to co-create
business opportunities and ensure win-win outcomes. |
Proposal Development &
Commercial Structuring |
· Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to structure proposals, pricing models, and
business cases. · Ensure
proposals meet internal profitability thresholds and risk parameters. ·
Track success rates, learnings, and
continuously improve pitch effectiveness. |
Project Onboarding & Handover |
· Facilitate
smooth transition of projects to execution teams with clear documentation,
KPIs, and commercial terms. ·
Support in early-phase project implementation
to ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations. |
Reporting & Performance Tracking |
· Maintain
accurate and timely BD dashboards, sales forecasts, and performance metrics. · Present
pipeline status and strategic wins to senior management. |
